"Miino-Kotobuki" learns a theory and technology made with the
then sake as a new thing and brings on SAKE only in "Miino-Kotobuki"
that kept a characteristic of hometown rice.
A big aim has better sake brewing and that I put weight for aging management
same as a brewing process and pursue sake original taste
There is "Miino-Kotobuki Brewery" in the Kyushu's greatest Chikugo
riverbank,
opening Chikugo plain of a quiet good field.
This town was a highway of daimyo's alternate-year residence in Tokyo
in the Edo era.
Include a post town in the route; and to three places the Heian era as
the beginning is old; spring out, and there is a well.
This whole area was called "Mii-gun" from the three wells,
but I learned a brand of "Miino-Kotobuki" from it and was able
to be filled up

The sake which had been made through the Edo era could lack in the early
days of the Showa era from the Taisho era and became most substantial made.
